The Trillium Drug Program provides assistance to residents of Ontario who have high prescription drug costs in relation to their income. This program is administered by the Drug Programs Branch of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Application forms for the Trillium Drug Program can be obtained at most drug stores.
