Nous sommes là pour vous par l’entremise de notre ligne d’aide téléphonique, de nos groupes de soutien mensuels et sur place, dans nos organismes partenaires. Le fait de ne pas soutenir les soignants nuit à la santé mentale de l'ensemble de la population, conduisant à de moins bons résultats, tant pour les personnes atteintes d'une maladie mentale que pour leurs soignants.
